The Education Department Resource Page contains every document a
student needs to complete at some time during the program as an
Education Major. The forms on this page are the most current
versions available and students are encouraged to check this site
regularly for updates.
The Education Department has recently been commended by the
Association of Christian Schools International for their "commitment
and resolve to have an excellent teacher education program as
evidenced by the consistency between program documentation and
actual practice." The integrity and quality of this program is
one of the main reasons why it is imperative that students complete
all necessary forms as they progress through the program.
Additionally, a student's goal of acquiring State and ACSI
credentials to teach are predicated on the successful completion of
all departmental requirements. The forms in this section are
invaluable tools to assist students with this process.

This form will take a student step-by-step through the process of
becoming accepted into the program and must be completed by the end
of the sophomore year. All other forms referenced on the
checklist are found under the same tab.
